This is the first see-through electric fireplace on the market, and it comes with many additional features.  You can change the flame color and speed; you can change the color of the ember bed.  Plus you can change these features from the comfort of your couch using a remote control.  You can also switch between ceramic logs and fire glass.

You can enable a privacy glass feature so that only one room can see the fire.  This also ensures that  you cannot look at one room from another through the fireplace.  You choose between transparent, semi-transparent, and fully opaque and change the setting whenever you please.
